I have been a student of Maharishi Vidya Mandir. We learnt meditation in school . Transcendental Meditation
(भावातीत ध्यान) a specific form of silent , Mantra meditation . Maharishi Mahesh Yogi created and introduced the TM technique and TM movement in India in mid-1950s. TM claim that the technique promotes a state of relaxed , stress relief , concentration.
In morning assembly 10 minute is compulsory for meditation. When we were in 7th standard our meditation teacher gives a “mantra” to students.
Some students and teacher hops when performing meditation.
From my personal experience I saw a blue spiral 🌀🌀goes deeper and deeper ,it’s very relaxing.
