शिवरात्रि में कूद कुएं में बोले शिव – शिव
बचपन में दादा दादी से एक कहावत सुनी है कि दिवाली में दिवाली शुरू होने के बाद से दीया बराबर ठंड पड़ती हैं और वह बढ़ती जाती है और फिर मकर संक्रांति में तिल-तिल कर के कम होती है।
और महाशिवरात्रि आते तक शिव – शिव बोलते हुए कुएं में कूद जाती (मतलब सर्दी हो भी गरमी लगने लगती है और वो इसलिए कुएं में कूद जाती है) हो और पूरी खत्म हो जाती है।
यह बात तो मेरे बचपन में सुनी है। पहले इसे मजाक समझ के हंसते थे। मगर अब इस चीज का लॉजिक समझ में आता है । कि बारिश के बाद जब पूरे घर में पूरे वातावरण में नमी आ जाती है उससे उत्पन्न हुए कीटाणु को हटाने के लिए दिया जलाते है , जिससे वातावरण में गर्माहट होती है वातावरण दम साफ हो जाता है।
और फिर मकर संक्रांति आते तक ठंड थोड़ी कम होती है मगर पूरी भी नहीं होती तो वैसे में लोग लापरवाही कर देते हैं तो फिर बीमार पड़ सकते हैं । उसपे लॉजिक यह है तिली गर्म करती हैं और उसको खाने का यह बनाया है कि लोग तिल्ली के लड्डू बनाएंगे उसको खाएंगे और तिली में वैसे भी बहुत ही पौष्टिक तत्व होते हैं जैसे अमीनो एसिड , कैल्शियम, मैग्नेशियम, जिंक , सेलेनियम जो कि गर्म करते हैं ।

Beware of social media friends, scammers.
They are attacking you via social media. They create a fake profile and request to be your friend, or send you a message. They come off as wanting to be friends (in some cases, maybe even more), but what they really want is your money or your friend list.
Don’t let them manipulate you! Don’t add or message people on social media that you do not know. These “random” profiles reaching out to you are fake and could lead you into a potentially dangerous situation.
Indian Customs never calls or send message for paying duty in a personal bank account. All communication from Indian Customs contain a Document Identification Number (DIN) which can be verified online.
1. Don’t get too close to strangers on Facebook and accept friend requests of only people you know.
2. Do not provide all your information to the people you meet on social media.
Just don’t trust anyone blindly.
